The dosage of Vitamin K on this particular brand is pretty high. Most have a daily value of 125%, but here's the thing: If you're taking Vitamin K to begin with, you're probably using it for a specific reason, and since there is no UL for Vitamin K, you can't go wrong with with this type of dosage. To quote Wikipedia's page for "Vitamin K": "Although allergic reaction from supplementation is possible, there is no known toxicity associated with high doses of the phylloquinone (vitamin K1) or menaquinone (vitamin K2) forms of vitamin K and therefore no tolerable upper intake level (UL) has been set" You can check the "Institute of Medicine at the National Academy of Sciences" which provides the recommendations for setting UL's, if you need a second reference.
