About the Author

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is the idiosyncratic and highly acclaimed presenter of Channel 4's River Cottage and Return to River Cottage as well as a regular contributor to The Observer.
Thomasina Miers is a cook whose work has taken her around the world from Villandry in London to Mexico City. She is passionate about food and was the winner of the new-look Masterchef Goes Large 2005.
Annabel Buckingham works freelance in design where she organises and consults on marketing and PR campaigns, events, promotions and projects.
