This is a great cd to fall asleep to. There are no birds or sharp sounds to wake you up. I have it on repeat all night every night, and it blocks out any noise from the flat upstairs, outside etc. I have never slept so well! Highly recommended if you get woken up easily!

In my hypnotherapy practice I am often asked to recommend music for relaxation. This is nature at its most soothing. Pure ocean waves. Perfect for self hypnosis, breathing meditations, relaxation, drifting of to sleep.

I live way out west. I travel in the train's quiet coach and used to spend my life quarrelling with people who were making 'just one quick phone call'. I bought an ipod and noise cancelling headphones and this, which is the only thing I have downloaded, and I keep it on loop. My life has changed. Against the soothing crash of waves, I can once again read and work. In the few seconds of silence as the cycle begins again, I sometimes hear a stir in the carriage around me. It is somebody else, quarrelling with someone about their noisy conversations or mobile phone calls. They should get sorted and buy this.

this is just sounds of the ocean with no music which i prefer but this isnt my favourite cd not sure why but itmay be just right for you

Squawking bird in it !!
A reviewer on here said there are no birds on this ocean waves CD so I bought it. WRONG! The demo also lets you hear only waves, which is misleading. Read more
