SoundOrb Aurora’s SoundBar and Sub-Woofer combine to provide a unique spatial quality missing from the sound of other iPod docking speakers, delivering outstanding acoustic performance from a seemingly compact speaker.

DSP Effects

The striking polar white SoundBar incorporates advanced DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology that has two psychoacoustic sound algorithms, allowing you to enjoy your music and movies in Virtual Wide Stereo or Virtual Surround Sound modes. SoundOrb Aurora is designed to do justice to the original recording of a song and utilise the full capability of your iPod or iPhone.

Powerful Wireless Sub-Woofer

The stylishly designed down-firing Sub-Woofer with extended bass port gives fuller bass with greater depth and impact to your music. With no additional wires to complicate things, place it up to 30 metres away and independently adjust the volume level for optimal sound recreation. An easy to apply range of 12 different settings allows you to set the right level of bass for the room you’re in – without annoying the neighbours.

EveryColour Ambient Light

EveryColour™ ambient light allows you to choose from a seemingly infinite number of colours to match your room and your mood. Simultaneously producing sound and light from within the Sub-Woofer, it contains light emitting diodes (LED technology) that can be set to cycle through a spectrum of colours at whatever speed you choose, kept on one colour of choice or can be simply turned off.

Touch Sensitive Controls

The SoundBar features illuminated touch sensitive buttons allowing for easy control and the logically designed remote control mirrors the symbols used by your iPod; On / Off... Shuffle ... Skip track. Additionally, you can switch between the three different sound settings at the touch of a button, and adjust the balance of both the SoundBar and Sub-Woofer independently.

Psychoacoustics

SoundOrb Aurora uses advanced sound algorithms to deliver Virtual Surround Sound and Virtual Wide Stereo Sound from a compact speaker. By understanding how the ear receives and processes sound, SoundOrb Aurora’s built-in DSP technology alters how sound is transmitted from the speaker. This deceives the ear into sensing music from various sources and angles, rather than directly from the unit, resulting in an enhanced listening experience.

Compact Home Cinema

You can also use SoundOrb Aurora as a compact home theatre sound system or to watch iPod content on your TV. Just hook it up to your TV via the integrated ports to fill your room with rich, detailed sound – from either the movies and videos stored on your iPod, or straight from your TV or DVD player. You're in Control

The SoundOrb Aurora comes with a handy remote control that allows you to navigate between your favourite tracks, and also switch between audio modes when the mood takes you. The attractive design of the docking speaker also includes back-lit touch controls for easy and responsive control.
