5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best books on audio engineering 2 Jun 1999
By A Customer
Format:Hardcover
This book will help you to design a P.A. system correctly as well as solve problems with existing systems. It handles all aspects of almost any type of sound system. This book is a must for any person that is serious about sound systems and audio engineering. If you are serious and have no books on the topic, then this is the first one to buy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing collection of information 17 Oct 2010
By Tomin
Format:Hardcover
This book covers it all.

It starts with a review of the math you'll need to know, and then its
off from the most basic logarithmic decibel scale, to advanced large
sound systems.

This book really goes deep into the math, and show you how things really work.
Everyting with good examples. And the best of it is that it's written
so good.

The only negative thing is that it is quite advanced. If you are a stranger to
advanced mathematics, you should brush up on that before you sink your teeth into
this one.

This is perfect for people who wants to learn about advanced sound systems, and
go beyond the basics.

This is a great buy, but if you also need brushing up on your math, I recomend you
by it together with Engineering Mathematics. That way
you'll realy know whats going on.
