As a practising financial planner for the last 20 years I have come to realise that the biggest things that people can do to become wealthy aren't about money directly. They are the principles and attitudes to money and wealth creation that provide the basis for a fulfilling and successful life, in which money is not the end in itself but the means to the end. Understanding these principles needs a great teacher, and David Scarlett's book is one of the best I have come across. David's simple tale is gripping to read, well-paced with lots of emphasis on the key ideas, and highly enjoyable. I learned a lot from it and I am sure that you will, too. Buy it for yourself, your partner, your kids and everyone you care about.

Given the amount of books I read, it is the rare occasion that I come across a book that is so rivetting that I daren't put down until I have finished it. The 'Soul Millionaire' fits perfectly into this category.

This is a fiction-cum-autobiography that gives hope to entrepreneurs. This is a must-read for wealth-creators that no matter how difficult your circumstance, you can make it in the world of entrepreneurship. David Scarlett has used his life as a great example of the limitless possibilities for everyone who wants to make a massive difference in their lives. Most definitely worth much more than the price of the book.

I loved this book - in fact I had a hard time putting it down. It's simply written with a powerful message. The life principles that it contains are well worth studying and implemeting once you've enjoyed the story.
