I attended a Pete Cohen Sort Your Life Out Seminar last year, and consequently lost 5 stone in weight, and changed my life for the better, including business and family matters, in so many different ways. Now it is all available for anyone to follow in this amazing book. Petes enthusiasm and energy jumps off each page, and you cannot help but become very excited about the changes you are going to make. Highly recommended.

For anyone wanting to turn their life around a `Pete Cohen fix' is just what they need. I met Pete a few years ago and the man is a genius, he fixed my flying phobia, helped me lose lots of weight and motivated me to walk a marathon. His books are a joy to read and I continue to use his techniques to this day in all aspects of my life. I have all Pete's books and this new one is excellent too, always making the reader look at life from a different angle.
Everyone should read this book, I recommend it highly.

I've been a fan of Pete's for many years, but this book is simply amazing! It covers all the main areas of your life, helps you identify patterns and shows you ways to change those thought patterns and habits which have held you back. It's like having a life coach in your hands!
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to take charge of their life and really start living!
