Monkey Majik is Cool

Seen this band on a American Japanese news show. Where Japanese pop culture rock bands were being talked about. They showed three live performances from Monkey Majik and I have to say the skill level is there, and the way they move from Japanese to English is pretty cool. Just enough English to get a quick grip on the song, but still using enough Japanese to give it the unique edge. Very talented singer with a current tone and a band that has almost a Dave Mathews Groove with songs written in a traditional Japanese theme (cherry blossoms, happiness, love) but in a cool way. Not ear shoulder slapping, more of the traditional head bob that shows you feel the groove. My plan is to add them to my collection, which has no Japanese.
