Five recipes so far, and every one a winner. We especially recommend the Apple-Ginger Upsidedown Pie, which is basically a Tartin with a little zip. There are several more recipes we want to get to, but the ones we've made are so good we just keep going back to them.

This book never fails whenever I have a dinner - the recipes are flawless and work every time. I love the fish pie and the salmon en croute.

Sophie Conran's Pies
I loved this book! It gave me so many wonderful new ideas, and all the recipes I hve tried so far have worked a treat!
