Didn't get the whole picture

Using this with a Sony Cybershot DSC-T300 Sony Cybershot DSCT300/R 10.1MP Digital Camera with 5x Optical Zoom with Super Steady Shot (Red). The issues I have is that the whole picture doesn't show up on the TV screen (it's a zoomed in too much), and you can't play any "movie mode" recordings when this cable is attached. These playback limitations are certainly the fault of the Sony Cybershot camera but you'll won't notice these limitations until you hook it up to a TV using this cable.

After losing my original Sony camera transfer cable. I purchased a new one through Amazon. Its the exact same and works perfectly. A great buy.

It says it will work with my camera and the cables are the same as the ones i lost and it does fit into the camera but it does not work. everytime i plug it in the camera shuts off.
