This machine is awesome,it does everything I need for a home cinema and does it with style. Keyboard is strong and responsive and it is lightning fast. Banish the boxy look forever. Pure class.
If you are thinking of purchasing one of these..don't....DON'T THINK ABOUT IT THAT IS...JUST DO IT! I purchased this to replace my gigajuke which did 90% of what I wanted it to but not quite everything...loading artwork from albums to the giga juke is a slow laborious job! This does everything the gigajuke does and a 1000 other things only a thousand times better, and quicker! You do however have to get a home cinema system to get the best from it but this is a positive point rather than a negative as you can choose just how good you want this to sound...my old gigajuke was 100w total output whereas now i have a 1000w system which sounds incredible! I cant praise this item enough!...i would have been more than happy to pay the price tag JUST to get the music side sorted...everything else is a bonus and there is plenty of everything else...more than i will ever use! Just as an exercise in looking for value for your money why not try pricing the gigajuke up in comparison...or even a mid range hifi that will only do about 5% of what this does...and sound no better either! All in all I find it impossible and defy anyone else to give the vaio tp3 any less than 10/10! Well done sony, after several failed attempts to supply a gigajuke that does it all they have actually surpassed themselves with this, just as i was beginning to turn my back on sony products forever!
