I bought this player to take to India with me on holiday, as I did not want to risk losing or damaging my Creative Zen 32gb player. All I was looking for was a small player with good sound quality that was easy to use. Oh, and it had to have a random/ shuffle function, because I really love that for listening to a wide variety of music. This fits the bill perfectly. All you have to do is take the cap off the end to reveal the USB plug, through which the player charges and has data transferred to it. Transferring files is as easy as drop and drag, though you can use a special program if you want. The size is large enough for plenty of music, especially if like me you are only using it as a back up player.

A major plus for this player is the supremely quick charging time. This is especially useful if you are travelling and don't have much time to charge it up. I found the battery life to be very good too. As well as plugging the player into a computer to charge, it is very easy to get plugs that fit into wall sockets that are inexpensive and not very bulky.

The only thing I didn't really get is the "Zappin" function. It plays a short clip of all the songs on the player. This function doesn't seem particularly useful to me, but it's pretty inoffensive.

    A Kid's Review
I've just purchased this player and am delighted with it. I am especially enjoying the drag and drop facility - this makes storing your music so much easier than having to use software. The sound recorder is also really good. The only bad thing I have to say about this product, is the loose fitting USB cap. If this was in my jeans pocket, I could imagine the cap coming off as I pulled the player out. To remedy this little problem, I stuck some sellotape around the base of the USB, providing a more snug fit. Other than that, I'd say this player with 4gb is well worth the money!

Very easy to use - you just pull off the end to reveal the USB, attach it to your PC and then drag and drop the mp3s. The USB is also good for a quick and easy charge up from any PC.

Sound is good although you may find buying some in-ear headphones improve the experience.

Only a couple of negatives: the device is light and a bit tacky looking, the display does the job but not much more and there is this odd 'zap' feature available that plays the first few seconds of a track before moving to the next track. I think this is supposed to be a way to easily find a trick but in reality it's a gimmick.
