This usb stick proved a conundrum when I first received it. I was trying to upload large files and it was saying the drive is too small (8gb file size). I ended up sending it back and got a replacement again. Same thing happened again, I did some research, asked question on forums and apparently the drive is formatted as NTFS which only accepts file transfers of 4gb or less. So if you are going to be using this to move films about, I suggest formatting this to FAT32 which allows larger transfers if you right click the drive in my computer there is a format option)
As for the drive itself, very small and light. thankfully doesn't have a cap on it as these are usually lost. Just clicks out like a ballpoint pen and clicks back in again. Has a lanyard loop at one end.
The compression software is pretty smart. When the usb stick gets slightly full up, any extra largish files you put on there are automatically compressed. When you remove them from the stick, they are automatically expanded to their norm. Currently have about 20g of stuff on the 16gb stick.
