I wasn't sure at first but looking at the picture closely I am now certain these are the same headphones I have been using for the last few years with my mp3 player - until about month ago when I lost them.
The sound quality, a little on the tinny side, is nothing to sing and dance about but they are loud enough to listen music walking in a rush hour traffic (what I have been doing).
The folding mechanism makes the headphones feel a bit flimsy but in fact my set took a fair amount of abuse, being thrown into a rucksack full of books and whatnots, or stuffed in a pocket with tons of other stuff or a couple of times left on car seat and then sat on. I lost the count of times I yanked the lead by accident, sometimes quite hard! Usually the length of the lead was too long for me and it got a bit annoying but of course that depends how you are going to use them; if you are six foot tall and like to carry your mp3 in the thigh pocket of your combat trousers while you listen to the music, you can. :)
The cans are not particularly uncomfortable but not that comfortable either as there isn't much cushoning. On the other hand you won't be looking like princess Leya.
The headband is adjustable to fit most heads but mine is unusually small and these, like all headphones, would not shrink to my size, therefore it is difficult to really say how comfortable they would be for the "average user". I had to use a cap underneath to fill the gap and to stop them slipping when in motion...
I would quite happily wear these headphones for hours when sitting in front of my pc but sometimes the middle fold would start irritating my scalp a bit after some hours driving a car. It could have also been due to not wearing them properly as I had it on only one ear so I could still listen out for the traffic.
I gave three stars mainly for the robust build quality and relatively good sound and an extra star for the low price. There are more expensive folding headphones on the market which don't produce any better quality sound, while being heavier and bulkier.
If the build quality is the same as my previous set I am happy to have found these headphones to replace the old ones. :)
