I bought these headphones on the claim that they are perfect for doing sport, and I enjoy using headphones that fit in the ear.
Although the sound quality is very good I cannot do anything more fast paced than a walk before they fall out.
I have had to revert to wearing a hat to keep them in my ears, but will have to invest in a different pair once the warmer weather returns.

These headphones fit perfectly in your ear and are very comfortable, unlike many others!!!! Also good for exercise due to their good hold on the ears. I had my last set for around 5 years before they gave up on me. I bought 3 other different brands after this including Samsung, Philips and Sennheiser. The Samsung ones didn't last the week, with the Philips I could't hear anything once I stepped out your front door and the Sennheiser's were so uncomfortable that they were painful to wear after 20 minutes os so at which point I would wear them outwith my ears and couldn't hear anything. I then bought another pair of Sony MDR-J 20 and once again I can enjoy my music. Going to buy several more pairs in case they cease production and I have to purchase every brand again and still be unhappy!!!!
I have read reviews that these are not good for exercising??? I must have abnormally big ears or I am doing the wrong exercise but I run about 100 miles a week with these and they have never failed me.
The only choice of headphones for me.......... Great sound quality, perfect fit and a great price. I paid 3 times more for other headphones which were no where near as good.

These have been around a while but I still find myself going back to them because they are the best I have tried (and believe me I have tried quite a few)
Pros:
- Great sound volume and good bass
- Fairly comfortable, easy fit.
- Stay in place reasonably well most of the time
- Sweat resistant as far as I can tell. Even when I have sweated in my ears they still work perfectly, the most they require is a wipe.
- Fairly indestructible. I've had mine for 6 months and they still work great.
Cons:
- You probably need above average sized ears for the earpiece and loop to fit comfortably.
- During jogging and when you sweat you will find yourself pushing them back into your ear every so often or giving them a wipe. To be expected as they are earhook design and the earpiece isn't designed to go halfway into your ear canal like the ear bud types (I find those irritating and uncomfortable to wear in the gym)
