I'm one of those people who struggles to stay on the treadmill for more than 5 minutes without some decent tunes to keep me going, and have always struggled to find a set of headphones that will stay put on my extremely small ears! Using the smallest hangers, this Sony pair stays put for the duration, with the clip helping to stop the cord flapping around and pulling them out.

Unfortunately, the sound quality is a little tinny, with poor tone on the base, unless the headphones are pushed right into the ear, far enough to cancel out all external noise. However, I will continue using them, as these are the best I've tried so far in terms of staying put.

I have small ears and have tried numerous in ear headphones but none of them stay in or are comfortable. I bought these from Curry's at a staggering £29.99 and didn't know anything about them. They come with 3 different sized ear buds, s, m & l and 3 different sized ear hangers, s, m & l - I'm using the small ear buds and the small ear hangers and they are great. The buds stay in the ears, the hooks seem to stay in place and most of all they are comfortable. The sound seems ok although I haven't used them in a noisy environment. They come with a case but to be honest it's cheap looking and bulky. Although a bit pricey compared to other head phones, if you have small ears then I would recommend these.

These are quite possibly the worst headphones i have owned. simply put they are totally unsuitable for any form of exercise as they refuse to stay in your ear. the sound isnt that good either. while credit is due for the shorter than average cable it really cannot detract for the overall rubbish performance. dont waste your money.
