Sony 200/400GB LTO2

We bought 12 tapes and PAY the new tape price, only to recieve USED tapes, they have old labels written in hand.
We received them in Miami and without opening them, sent them to Panama for use, then we discovered this.
I can call customer service and they will replace them but they are asking for the old ones back and sending them back will be super expensive from latin america.
This is a rip off.
