This TV I have had over a month now, is absolutely fantastic in every aspect besides the TV sound. The TV speakers are good, but (the sound) is fairly flat you can adjust bass and treble but I wouldn't rate the sound of this TV, unfortunately. If you have a surround kit its better! 200mhz technology is fab. Films and programs on TV look completely stunning. I have a Sony amp, 5.1, Blue ray, PS3, Sky V+virgin media and the freesat, which also gives you a couple of free hd channels. I'm sure other people have found the TV good for their needs. I would recommend this TV

This is the best TV I have ever owned. Simply fantastic picture and the 200Hz motion flow really works. If you turn off Motion Flow and watch a blu-ray that pans over a landscape all you see is juddering. With motion flow on it pans smoothly.

Advice:
- Put the TV in Cinema mode for best picture. All the other 'scene' modes don't look as good.
- Turn on motion flow. Use motion flow 'standard'. Motion flow 'high' makes the picture break up when panning over large landscapes.
- On the 'screen' menu choose 'Full pixel' for the display area, otherwise you are missing a bit of the picture.

Bad points:
This is not specific to the Sony, it applies to all LCD screens, but dark scenes don't show much shadow detail. Only plasma TVs fix that, but they have problems of their own (my old Panasonic used to make a buzzing noise from the rear)
