Just got this as a basic TV to hang on the wall in the kitchen. Neat TV with inbuilt freeview (not HD) tuner. Looks good as most Sony products do (quite hard to find a decent wal hung white TV) and appears well built. Has lots of inputs for HDMI, SCART, composite, and even a USB to play back photos, videos and music. Picture quality is very good. Sound quality, not so. But hooked up to a couple of powered speakers through the headphone jack it's all ok (there is SPDIF if you've got a AV amp in the kitchen). Remote is functional rather than aesthetic (why have a big black remote with a little white TV).

I bought this to put on our bedroom wall which we had painted a very dark gray so the white was what we were looking. Delivery came next day to us in Northern Ireland so top marks to Amazon for that too. The TV is like a piece of art, it has that high gloss finish that all the electronics have these days but as its white, you cant see every scratch and mark on it compared to the black TVs. The setup, picture and sound is all very good. THE ABSOLUTE SELLING POINT FOR ME WITH THIS TV IS THAT YOU CAN PLUG YOUR USB INTO THE SIDE OF IT AND WATCH FULL LENGTH DIVX MOVIES,LISTEN TO MUSIC OR VIEW PICTURES !!! It saves having DVD players in the bedroom. Im a gadget freak and love my technology and highly HIGHLY recommend this TV !! Dont buy an eBay one for £30 less, spend the extra and get the best !! Cheers folks :)
