As well as making viewing more comfortable, when the set's light sensor is activated, power consumption can be reduced by a further 30%. Cinema Mode precisely reproduces details such as natural skin tone, lighting, colour and contrast. In 24p True Cinema mode films can be watched as the director intended for the big screen - at 24 frames per second. Standard TVs use 25 frames a second which means they play back 'faster' than they do in the cinema.

Whether you're watching the big match, the latest movie or playing a high impact game, Scene Select allows you to choose from a list of options to automatically adjust the sound and picture settings to complement the on screen action. If, for any reason, you're struggling to hear what someone's saying, you can activate Clear Voice. Clear Voice automatically boosts voice frequency bands and enhances poor voice quality to clear, crisp, louder dialogue.
