Unusually good sound for a 19" TV which is why I bought it, in-built sound quality is very important to me. A vast array of inputs and outputs should suit almost any need which is another reason for my choice. I want to be able to use the TV as a second PC monitor during picture editing but have not tried this yet. The appearance was not very important to me but it is most attractive depending on personal feelings about colour choices. I chose silver/cream which I think is particularly tasteful. I don't rate the picture to be as good as it could be if my experience with Panasonic TV's is a fair comparison, sharpness is OK but the colours are not satisfactory sometimes in spite of changing settings. The angle of viewing has more effect on the colour rendition than expected, hence 4 stars, not 5.
If I'd thought sound quality equal I'd have chosen the less expensive 19" Panasonic.

Takes a long time to warm up, up to half a minute. Picture is excellent. Sound volume not so good. Overall good purchase for the kitchen

I was very impressed with the service supplied by the carrier of this tv. It arrived promptly and quickly and I would definitely use them again.They were Power Electrical.
The tv is a lovely compact size, good picture quality but the only thing I find is that it takes quite a while for the picture to come on screen.[[ASIN:B002Q4UFDA Sony Bravia KDL19S5700U 19-inch Widescreen HD Ready LCD TV with Freeview - Silver]not sure if this is something I can change as haven't looked yet and it is only seconds, but still the screen does not come to life as quickly as my larger samsung tv.
But as for the carrier.....10 stars!

Perhaps not the best
I was advised by the TV installer that it is not a good idea to get a TV with a white surround.
