Just to re-enforce a previous reviewers comments, the headset itself seems to function well, pair up fast to a sony handset and have good battery life. The clip for your ear however is rubbish. Snapped within a week of light usage. I would send it back for refund, however I am fortunate that an old Jabra headset clip fits onto the Sony earphone neck, so I have a functioning bluetooth for driving.
Taking the clip into consideration, I would definitely NOT buy this headset again.

Despite being an experienced PC user I have never used a Bluetooth device.
The headset was easy to link with the phone.
The headset came with a spare ear clip and a soft pouch.
The headset is OK to wear for a couple of hours but after that the back of my ear started to get a little sore. I am sure this will improve with use.
Good value, well made, sturdy product.
