I think this is a great little phone. I've been through a few smart phones and had loads of trouble with them so I decided to go back to my Sony Ericsson roots and get a 'dumb phone' (with a separate iPod touch for my gadget loving needs!!). My main criteria was to have a phone that could call, text and listen to music as I don't want to take two devices out with me.
Calling: I have found this to be very clear and very loud on the maximum setting. You can direct dial or select from your contacts (you don't even need the phone to be open to do this). Not much else to say really. 10/10
Texting: I have a real thing about clicking keypads so I was chuffed to bits that this keypad is quiet. It is very spacious considering the size of the device. 10/10
Music: This is done well enough and the huge plus is the 3.5mm jack. One let down is not being able to listen to radio without the headset plugged in but I don't use the radio that often so can live with that. I have a 16gb micro SD and my music plays well on the phone - though I only have about 4gb of music and I think that it could slow down a little with more music. 7/10
Overall, I think this is an excellent phone for the price and it looks great. I've not had the problems the other reviewer had, perhaps that was a dud. I personally highly recommend the phone.
PS: I bought yesterday at 3.45pm yesterday and it arrived today! Well done Vodafone!

Bought this phone a couple of weeks ago, needed to update my old phone and saw this one. I was thinking of buying an mp3 player at the time and thought great, two in one. I like to go walking/hiking and generaly do this on my lonesome, so thought a bit of music might add a bit of a difference. Unfortunately the battery life on this phone is only 1 hour in music/radio mode, then your battery is flat-dead. not what you want from a phone when your 1 hour into a 3 to 4 hour walk. Really bad design flaw guys. The other fault is the phone lock, it locks when it wants to, and can open when you don,t want it to, rather annoying. also doesn't like the dark for pics Mmm. Apart from these 3 faults the phone works well, got cheap accessories off amazon dealers (micro card - data cable) and these work fine. if the battery was of a better quality would have overlooked the other 2 faults. Am now left pondering how much to invest in an mp3 player. Thank you sony ericsson/walkman

I have never felt compelled to write a review before but here it is. This is hands down the worst handset I have ever owned. I had great faith in SE until this phone. Within one day I received an 'Out of memory' error when trying to view texts (the phone rather unhelpfully takes you to a conversational view as opposed to your inbox when a message is received, there is no option to change this) and I am now receiving it when drafting a text - despite deleting all texts - making it unusable.

Not very good at all
I had two faulty phones in a row and have lost faith with the handset. The buttons are too small and it makes a noise every time that it finds new signal.
