The phone looks really cool and feel good in the hand. It's well designed and so far (I've had it a month) it works very well.
The pros are: - The sound quality in conversation is good - The menu layout ect. is wel designed - The camera is excellent and really handy to have - The walkman is brilliant and doesn't affect the battery although at top volume the sound quality is lost - The accessories are really good, an attachable speaker that clarifies the sound at top value - 8GB memory card as standard The cons: - Really ugly, fussy designs for the display themes - I had a problem with signal and losing conversations but Orange told me to swith off 3G in the mobile networks section and switching to standard GSM mode - The software provided with this is a little complicated and took up to much space on my old laptop - The battery doesn't last long (3 days) but takes a short time to fully charge (1 hour) To be honest I've always had Nokias and when I'm finished with this I'll go back to Nokia since this is a little style over substance. For me it's aimed at a younger (16-20) market. I use my phone largely for business and this I think is a phone made more for fun than for purpose. Slightly style and features over function and phone calls but on the whole, if you're not an old fuddy duddy like me, this might be for you.

This is a great phone, looks good, has buttons instead of stupid touchscreen and saves me carrying around an ipod and a phone.

This does everything I want and more! Good reception and talk quality. Fabulous music player (I increased the standard memory card and have 1600 tracks with room for more) so much so, I've dispensed with an MP3 player. Good camera with a useful torch/flash and video recorder. I've had no problems with internet access or wi-fi so I also use it for e-mails away from my PC. Although not as trendy as my son's i-phone and though it doesn't have the clever apps it is reliable and a great all in one piece of kit, plus it has a nice chunky feel too!
