The C510 is a classic candy bar style device, and compared to other Cybershot camera phones, it looks and feels very small, and it can often be the case in technological products that this can be best. A clear a large display is the centre of attention on the front of the device below this are four way navigational buttons with a select key in the centre, the soft keys for shortcuts, cancel and of course the call control keys surround this and a full numerical pad with individual keys below this. Overall, this is a neat and light phone for the pocket measuring 107mm tall, 47mm wide and 12.5mm thick. It weighs just 92g.

This is a good phone but it is held back by a few things, first off the camera in the phone is very good giving clear sharp and high resolution images,
the predictive text is another thing i really like about sony ericsson phones, although this one has a nasty habt of actually predicting what word you are going
to insert next and it is often wrong. The media player it uses is very good and works with the phone vertical or horizontal ( its changes the screen orientation
depending on which way it is held). The phone seems quite slow/laggy at times also which can be very annoying when all you are doing is writing a message but have
to wait for it appear on the screen. The screen itself on the phone is excellent, its nice and large and very bright and has a good resolution for its size, making images
look sharp and exact. The speakers used for media playing are of good quality and very loud. The battery life is also quite good giving me roughly 5 days of usage with the
phone getting used for calls, a lot of texts and some photgraphs.
Overall i wouldn't recommend this phone because even though it sounds good the bad qualities make it only mediocre and would suggest you spend your money elsewhere if looking for a new upgrade.

Replaced a sony erricson K800i with this one. Not very impressed.
Pros:
Some of the technology from the sony digital cameras have been put in like smile shutter and face detection with respect to the camera.
Google apps have been added.

Cons:
The phone is a lot slower than the K800i and is not able to run multiple applications at a time like the camera as well as the music player.
