I used to swear by Verbatim as being the best, but they are nothing to the quality of the Sony. I have purchased these for the last year and of the 100's I have used, I have not had one fail. I shall never buy any other make again.

There is a website the categorises brands into grades, these where amongst the top.
I got some and I thought they where brilliant, wonderful glossy glass-like top layer that is extremely hard to damage. They play in my PS2 without any laser strain, as long as you burn them at low speeds. I've only ever had one fail, and the log said something like my DVD writer had a critical write error, so I'm saying it's the DVD writer. But yeah, they're great.

I burn these in my iMac (at 8x) to play in my Wii, and they work flawlessly. I haven't had a coaster in 3 packs yet. You'll find these rated as "excellent" or "top quality" media on the DVD media comparison websites, and they don't fail to live up to their name.
