Sony DSCW530 Cyber-shot Digital Still Camera - Black (14.1MP, 4x Optical Zoom) 2.7 inch LCD

Fabulous camera I must say for £65 at time of purchase, was one of the very BEST Bargains I bought on Amazon in 7 years.

I have to say it takes pictures VERY fast, seems to be all on AUTO mainly which is NOT a problem because it seems to get

every situation right, its full of contrast and very clean and sharp snaps, with a reasonable depth of field.

The camera produces some brilliant cheerful Pictures, I ask how can a camera at this price point? put together some stunning

images, and the Auto Mode on-board chip, seems to get the exposure right every time. Very Clever indeed. especially for price.

The 2.7 inch LCD is spot on, I've bought at least 10, digital camera's over the past 11 years, and so far this is the smallest.

Great for girls, means it will slip inside your handbag very easy, as its really that small...

I hope this will not put the lads off because once you put the battery Lith-ion inside, it gives it some more weight.

And it means you can put the camera away inside a jacket pocket (easy) or a Small-medium fabric CAMERA pouch.

I give this camera 5 stars on image quality (alone), and (5 stars) on Design and feel in ones hand. 10/10.

You cannot buy a better camera on Amazon UK at the present time at this price also with Sony's 'Steady-Shot' image stabilization.

Which will closely match the Panasonic Mega O.I.S IMAGE STABILIZATION.

Then of course there is the (26mm wide angle lens), to make sure everyone is fitted in the frame. Also great for (Panorama views).

With a lens like that you can go anywhere and do almost anything you please.

My old camera is a 5 year old 6 megapixels Sony Cybershot. Since I've not used it due to having good quality camera phones, I've never been bothered to buy a new one. As it was the New Year I decided to purchase myself a new one.

Was tempted to go for a Canon Ixus, but the price they were offering for this little gem was too good to pass (as from 01 Jan 2012).

Lovely compact camera and for £64.99 (black casing) it's absoloutely fantastic for value! The same specification camera but in a different colour does increase the price, so be weary if you're about to buy one (Silver @£88.04 / Blue @ £89.99 / Pink @£104.99).

Picture quality is crisp and clear (14megapixels), with a large 3" LCD display screen. The flash helped produce good quality photo in the night.

If you're looking to compare quality compact cameras at a low price, this is certainly the one to beat.

Photo quality is excellent! i have had two sony cyber shots previously and this is by far the best! It takes photos quickly and has a good zoom. Easy to use and compact.
The panoramic setting is great and takes really good wide shots.
love this camera and so pleased with it, it wont disappoint!
