The frame itself seems to work exactly as expected, it looks nice, is easy to set up, has a good choice of options for auto power off and on/off timers, just put in a memory card and away you go.
The display is good, the photos I've put on so far are displayed nicely on it, with good colour and brightness and smooth transitions.
The lack of any built in way to randomise or change the display order is disappointing, but not a huge problem.
However, though I hesitate to go over ground already covered by Chris' review, the plug is awful. Rather than being tall or deep like some plugs for small electronics, this one's really, really wide. It's like it was designed by someone who had no experience of what UK plugs are normally like and why - it is unusable on the double wall sockets in my house, it is unusable on an extension cable unless you are prepared to leave the neighbouring socket blocked. There is no reason for it, it is just badly designed.
