Just bought the system and set up was a snap with the color guides. I decided to use my own audio cables since the stock provided audio cables looked cheap.

Anyway cheap audio cables and a late delivery aside, the system in itself is a great piece of work. Coming out of a Kenwood dedicated amplifier system, this new integrated DVD/amplifier system performed a hell of a lot better! The sounds were warm and the surround effects were mind blowing (especially when Sony's DCS capable sound fields were selected). My SACDs finally showed me what they were capable of. Even the normal music CDs were real good. Movie DVDs were now MOVIES.

Aesthetically, the main unit is real cool and fairly slim. The speakers are not the prettiest around, but they do their jobs so bloody well.

Highly highly recommended at the price level. Totally outperforms many more expensive systems that I've had the pleasure of wasting money on.
