I have a few of sony's products so I when I was looking for something to fit in my kitchen/living room I think I found something to fit the bill. This sony boombox as it is described has more than ample volume for both kitchen casual listening to radio cassette and cd functions and living room enjoyment. It has an array of preset radio stations for fm radio and a retractable arial it also includes a function for playing mp3 files as well. Built solidly and very attractive to the eye has a digital tuning facility easy to use and preset radio stations. Attractively built comes in silver and adds a classy touch for it's size. Has a headphone socket as well as mega bass funtion and remote control. It has a sleep timer and mw and lw radio band function as well. Perfect for all your needs.

If you need a radio that will play everything, this is for you. Quality is very good for this type of radio. There is not much around to play tapes so if you need a tape player this is it .Also the cd provision to play MP3 is very useful. A useful piece of kit.
