Firstly, the negatives - for the non-technical, it should have been made clearer that you also need a monitor - obvious, I'm sure, to most folk. Then there's the instructions - very daunting bad translation from mandarin or something. Also - nothing in the box was made by Sony so that's something for Trades Descriptions. BUT - when all put together, and connected to a monitor, it work fine, simple to use, good quality images, easy to replay them. I haven't got good enough broadband to try the internet connection so can't speak for that part of it. Overall I'm happy.

I am so impressed with the product, they were easy to install and once installed very impressive.
I'm not really upto date on technology and struggled connecting them to the internet so I telephoned the company who emailed me back and told me NOT TO WORRY they could sort it whenever I was ready.
A loveley guy actually telephoned me and talked me through the process step by step until I had it working and he was great.
I cannot believe you can view this product from anywhere over the internet its fantastic.
I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY THESE EVEN AT FULL PRICE THEY ARE A BARGAIN !!!

This product arrived within a couple of days or ordering, everything was as I'd expect and it worked straight from the box. The only little criticism is that the cables supplied have rather large connections and it will likely be difficult to push them through regular holes drilled in the wall even with an exceptionally large drill bit. Great value for money though.

You can't put they are Sony Camera's
I want to make a point, the camera's are not sony camera's they have a Sony Chip in them but they are not sony camera's. Hard Drive is not Sony either if you was wondering. Read more

We had 4 sony ccd cctv cameras & dvr kit. It was easy to put the cameras outside but quite difficult to get it set up inside. Read more

Might be good but...
...i can't work out how to make it work. The instructions aren't clear and the software is on a mini-cd, something which is not compatable with any of my 4 (!) computers. Read more
