I use this in my digital camera. This high speed memory stick pro duo, definitely makes a difference to the speed at which I can take pictures. It reduces that annoying delay between hitting the button and having the picture to almost zero.
So you don't have to worry about keeping absolutely still, to avoid motion blur. And it's ready to take another pic straight away. I wouldn't use a normal one in my camera.
