3.0 out of 5 stars Nice Little Bike 17 Dec 2012
Verified Purchase
For 40.00 this is a good little bike and will last my 3 year old son up till he's atleast 5 years old. We ended up getting a faulty bike to start with though as the pedals wouldn't screw onto the bike at all. We sent it back free of charge and amazon sent out a replacement with no extra cost which we were happy about.

This bike is quite fiddly to put together and takes a bit of time so if you like to avoid DIY etc I would avoid this bike and go to a shop instead where they'll build one for you.

The tires on this bike are the ones made from the non-puncture rubber so you don't have to watch out for punctures or fill them with air as they'll never go flat.
Nice design for a boy or girl really and would recommend if you don't mind the hassle of building.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really nice childs bike 17 Jan 2014

It was delivered exactly on new years eve and so that was pretty good.

The quality is exactly what you'll expect from the price, nice built nothing feels cheap, apart from maybe the water canister, which I didn't even think it would come with.

It was nicely packaged and it wasn't too hard to build, instructions were clear, but obviously it's a bonus if you're good with these things.

Good product but didn't expect it to have hard plastic wheels, my son still seems to like it so it can't be that bad

5.0 out of 5 stars First Bike 1 April 2013

I bought this bike for our little boy whom is 3 1/2, I was told as he had ridden a balance bike that when I introduce him to this bike NOT to put the pedals or the stabilisers on as they would just get in his way. I left them off and hey off he went just as if he was on the balance bike.
So in short, leave the pedals and stabilisers off if they have been on a balance bike and put them on when they seem to want to pedal.
