Product Description

Sonic Technology's branded premium SELF-ADHESIVE and REUSABLE Replacement electrodes for TENS (Trans cutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator) and EMS will work with Sonic Technology's Sonic TENS, Sonic EMS and most other EMS and TENS models with a universal 2mm male lead connector. These self-adhesive electrode pads require no extra conductive gel. For maximum conductivity, it is recommended that one replace the self stick electrodes as soon as the conductive gel begins to wear down. This generally occurs anywhere from 10-30 uses (depending on use and care of the pads). Pad integrity may be increased by keeping electrode pads in their air tight package when not in use, and cleaning the skin prior to placing the pads on the skin. Universal 2mm Female connector on pads fit MOST ems, and tens units.

As per the title these are good value for money if you use a Tens Machine or Muscle Toning device. Well packaged and well made this come with clear instructions and I have used and reused them and the do last.
