Love Curas voice but this CD just wasnt right. In fact I sold it soon after!

This seems to be an excellent CD. Like my fellow reveiwer I too have only seen and heard the samples on Ewa Malas' web-site, but what I heard was superb!
I have long awaited a true Pop-Opera CD by Jose Cura and although I'd never heard of Ewa Malas, I'm pleasently surprised by the result of this collaberation.
Cura's voice is unusually soft and caressing, much like it was on his most outstanding BOLEROS CD.
His is without question the most unique tenor voice out there and Mrs. Malas provided him with the perfect counterpart.
Hers is a sweet, lyrical colatura soprano voice and it blends perfectly with both Cura's voice and the musical arrangements.
The only and most significant issue with this CD is it's PRICE!!!
It's a crying shame that such great music is being marketed at such a rediculous price.
Imports usually run a bit higher than domestic productions, but whomever priced this fine CD went over the top!
I'm certain many, many people would buy this CD but as it stands even I don't know that I want to spend that much on this project..and I'm a die-hard Cura and Pop-Opera fan!
My unsolicited advice: Drop the price! Allow the public to enjoy this fine music, as well as, give the artists' a chance to actually make some money off this wonderful CD.

Wow! - SUPERB, based on sample previews

The ONLY reason I gave this CD 4 stars instead of 5 is because I've only heard three tracks: "EmOcean," "Song of Love" and "Fra di noi" -- superb!! "EmOcean" is my favorite; hauntingly beautiful, upbeat and altogether spellbinding. I love the blend of classical and contemporary sound. After seeing the videos on Ewa Malas' website, listening (again, and again, and again...!) I utterly fell in love with this music. I *have* to have this CD! (...) buy this album!

Beautifull music/ wonderful CD

Excellent CD, I have it for a long time now, I love it and everyone who heard it. I know that the price is ridiculous, however every song on this CD is great. The collaboration between Ewa-Malas Godlewska and Jose Cura if fantastic, both performers have outstandingly classically trained voices. To listen to the samples go to < ewamalas-godlewska.com >
