About the Author
Guy Gavriel Kay was born and raised in Canada, although he does most of his writing in Europe. He is the author of six previous novels: The Fionavar Tapestry Trilogy (made up of The Summer Tree, The Wandering Fire and The Darkest Road), Tigana, A Song for Arbonne and The Lions of Al-Rassan.
