“If you’re one of those people who think golf is a religion, prepare for some seriously funny blasphemy.”
--Troon McAllister, author of The Green

This book was purchased for all the wrong reasons,it was the title I was after.
When my son does something silly I would frequently say to him
"Somewhere there is a village missing an idiot" so the book was purchased as a present for him.
I started to read it and could not put it down,David Feherty's humour is in accord with my own.In short an entertaining read and thoroughly believable even if you know nothing about golf.
He proves there is humour throughout life,if you only just look
A writer to keep in mind if you are looking for something special for a golfing friend

If you love Irish quick wit and banter you will love this book. It is an easy read which has been a pleasure to read. Being a golf fan is bonus but not essential for the enjoyment this book.

This is just a collection of his newspaper columns and is very heavily Americanised.
