The script is pleasing enough and I rather enjoyed the idea of an out-of-work businessman reinventing himself as a pavement artist! The physical comedy is a little too contrived for my taste. Do you recall the parodies of chase scenes, a string of people running around a house, following each other through the same doorways fifteen times but never finding their quarry? Several of those scenes in this film! Further examples spring to mind - the somersaults over walls, riding a bicycle with knees high up in the air like a clown at the circus...
Probably a good buy if you are a particular fan of British comedy from this era, but I'm not sure I'll watch it again.
The sound and picture quality are both excellent.
