I probably should have bought a paper copy.
Thought the book may be a good teaching resource as it promised fully worked answers.
However a quick 5 minute read revealed TWO huge concept errors. Not wrong working but actually mathematical incorrect use of methods leading to solutions that were utter nonsense.
In addition to errors that cast doubt on authors understanding of mathematics there was also a section on a completely pointless method of solving equations with fractions that made finding the answer more difficult.
Even if you already own other math study guides/books, this complements them with an abundance of extra material.
At this price, I would give it six stars if I could!
However, the is one big drawback, The equations are in a very tiny print and sometimes quite difficult to read. This seems to be a common problem with the lower priced math books in the Kindle format. Never the less, despite having to occasionally squint your eyes and move your Kindle back and forth in order to better focus on some of the print, it is still a useful book and is certainly worth buying.
Presentation of fractions made reading a little difficult - for example two-thirds written as 2/3 illustrates the problem of presenting more complex fractions.
Overall it demonstrates the potential of ebooks in this field.

Very disappointed, viewing numbers is difficult without the aid of magnifying glass. Increasing font size only increases letters not numbers. Read morePublished 15 months ago by Terry Jeffries

Too many solutions are wrong or have typing errors. After solution 11 on factoring is unreadable, I'm writing this in the hope the author will sort this out!Published on 14 Nov. 2013 by Richard Griffiths
