A delightful album, if you are "into" a blend of generally light fusion.
I suppose that opening line attaches a 'genre'. But it's more than that. Antoine pieces together a varied tapestry.
Generally, smooth and light, there are moments of passion and fire - well, passion in the overall performances.
Beautifully played and arranged "Solus Opernadi" is, perhaps, for the more discerning listener. I know that sounds awfully snobbish and pretentious; I wish it didn't! It IS great music, but not exactly mainstream. (Is there such a thing anymore?)
Light and mellifluous Jazz Rock I find this very satisfying indeed; the whole project exudes class.
Five stars means I love it, but then again, it's my scene!!!

Haven't been excited by bass-playing since Eberhard Weber's "Pendulum" and Jaco Pastorius' playing on the Joni Mitchell album "Hejira". This is top notch stuff of the new jazz-rock bass playing genre. This isn't (to my limited knowledge) a copy of any other style and it's a shame he doesn't find a bigger audience.

Well worth the money.
