Dealing with revenge, murder plans, unrequited love and ingrowing toenails. You'll laugh, you'll cry. You won't hurl. Mostly you'l laugh.

Quirky short reads to entertain you at coffee time or stop you sleeping at night.

About the Author

Born in the swamps of Glamorgan, I have wandered the world, generally with a guitar in hand. Here I am in a beautiful village in central Spain, where the sun shines, the lake is warm, the drink is cheap and the people and animals are friendly. I share my place with two gorgeous local cats, more guitars than I can count and a fridge full of wine. Oh, and I write stories. Many of them about Otis King, Memphis' Number One Welsh Blues detective. Others about Angels, murderers, failed Super-Villains and ingrowing toenails. I'd be happy if some of my stories amused you for a while.

5.0 out of 5 stars So LOL 9 Aug 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
Books that have made me laugh out loud are: Spike Milligan's war memoirs, Three Men In a Boat by Jerome K Jerome, Wilt by Tom Sharpe and now Solos by Andrew Peters. A series of monologues that, like The Blues Detective, force the reader to turn the pages. Judgement Day contains the best list of candidates for hell ever written and caused an outbreak of explosive laughter from this reviewer. A close second was the story about the bullying teacher...please sir, can I have some more?

8 Fabulous short stories. Some of these stories had me laughing out loud, the way he describes some people appealed to my sense of humour. This is really a great read and I hope he writes lots more!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun Collection 6 Aug 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
A thoroughly enjoyable collection that I will read again and again.
Mostly very funny but also some thought provoking moments, and some which lead you to believe that, no, it's not just you that feels that way!
Good fun, I hope there's more to come!
