I buy it for my husband who has spine problems and has had a stroke it helps considerably with the cramp he suffers and also brain function- memory greatly improved, so also lung capacity, I hope I can continue to afford buying this product it is well worth it. My grandson also takes it. He is 10 and has dyslexia and short term memory problems certainly seems to be helping.

it was only recently that I discovered just how important magnesium is in the human diet. as a sufferer of MS I get both constipation and very stiff muscles. magnesium site rate is a well-known mild laxative, whilst also being very good for calming stiff muscles, as a controller of calcium in this regard. Solgar is a particularly good make and one that I trust in a variety of supplements. this was very good value and is an effective part of the management of my condition.I will certainly buy this again!
