The capsules come in a glass jar with a tin lid. There is also some cotton wool inside to protect the capsules. The glass is tinted to protect the contents from light damage.
It says you're to take one capsule a day with food.
The capsules are large making them possibly difficult to swallow for some people, 2cm long and just a little over ½ cm wide.
Please note: these are the "100" capsules, which basically means they have 100mg/100ug or higher of each B-vitamin, hence why it also says "Extra high potency"..........this probably explains why my urine was like liquid gold having just taken one a few hours ago.
Interestingly on the label it says, "Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness" but this is not surprising, seeing some of the daily values given. 100mg of B6 is 7143% of your RDA. I think I may just take one every 2-3 days.
Over-all a good quality product, saying that I think the dosages are to high.....your body is going rid what its dosen't need, hence the gold urine?
FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Yeast, Sodium, Artificial Flavour, Sweetener, Preservatives and Colour. Made in the USA.
Update: I've being taking this supplement for a few weeks now, 1 every 2-3 days. It has definitely helped to clear my facial acne. My hair and skin look healthier.
