Definitely Handmade 1 April 2012

This is my first pair of soleRebels "flipflops". Others have complained about sizing issues with this product line. . . . the right one was tighter than the left which made it a little snug. I have worn them until the right one has loosened up until it is truly comfortable. They are just a tad too short so I order a 1/2 size larger on my second pair. I have ordered these in a different color and (also) 1.2 size larger than this pair.

I especially love the fact that I am 1) supporting an artisan product; 2) supporting and Ethiopian business which pays it employees fair wages; and 3) supporting a green company which makes its own fabric, recycles tires and has a reduced carbon footprint to produce the product.

Update: As mentioned previously I ordered 1/2 size up and the fit is absolutely perfect.
