We initially purchased one of these heaters in 2010 for our son's bedroom - we wanted to replace the basic panel heater in there with something that could be programmed to come on in the night for a set number of hours. Though programming the timings does require reading through the instructions,it's relatively easy to use and once set we don't need to change it until the seasons change.

We were so pleased that we replaced storage heaters in our main bedroom and hallway with these late 2011.

Nice and simple to operate and with the built in room stat I can just leave it on 247 and it does its job.

Have two of these heaters from B+Q called something else but B+Q dont sell them anymore hence buying this one.
Doesn't work properly, was producing heat but telling me it was only 5 degrees in the room! Starts flashing up errors messages and beeping a fault as well.
Returning it but prepared to give another one a go, but it's its last chance!
However so far 10 out of 10 to Amazon for the return process.
