Ok, after reading the rave reviews on this product you want one right?
Please read my experience first.
The fountain I ordered came from Germany (not an issue in itself but it will take longer for delivery) and at first opening the frog was broken (his front foot, which as it happens is needed to secure him to the base of the fountain) I managed to cut myself badly on it and bled everywhere, so one sticking plaster later I try to assemble fountain. I read & re-read the instructions to make sure I was getting it right but the pipes that attach the frog to the pump would keep coming loose and due to the fact the frog's leg was broken he wasn't going to "lock in place" as suggested on the instructions. I managed to get it stuck together with some electricians tape but it still wasn't working right. I contacted my seller and they have been more than helpful. They sent a replacement frog which took another week and the following week sent on the replacement pipes too. So I went and re-fitted the replacement items to the fountain.
It is tricky...the pump goes under the lip of the basin and the frog sits on the pipe and then locks into place on the base. It will take some fiddling as this doesn't work all that great on first try but eventually you get a nice, pretty working fountain.
Also you may want to buy some decorative stones or something as none are included (as shown in the picture) I have some natural stones and some glowing ones in mine so it looks pretty at night even when it won't work.
