Fantastic NEW device that records all you calls to the pc - great for all kinds of confirmations from banks, insurance companies or just to confirm what some has said.
This recorder is an amazing break through in price - similar units are around £200.
The recorder is easy to install and simple to use. It records your landline conversation which can be saved to a file on your pc and burned to cd if necessary
This amazing device connects to your computer USB port and will record all conversations on any analogue extension or line, including ADSL (Broadband) enabled lines. It is easy to use and all operation is automatic with no user input required once installation is complete. If you prefer you can set the unit to manual operation in which case it would only record the calls you specify. Calls are stored on hard drive and can be stored on CD or DVD if you have a large volume of calls. Saved conversations can be searched for by time, date, number dialed, number received or by note. You can even create a database of named customers etc. You can then search for calls by name. You can create a "black list" of numbers that should not be recorded i.e. calls to home or bank etc.
All in all this is a powerful machine that in years gone by would have cost hundreds of pounds. They are fantastic for any person or company who may need a record of who said what to who (and in what way!!). Our own recent installs include insurance brokers, security companies, telemarketing companies and financial advisors but they are useful for just about anyone selling product or services or discussing delivery times etc.
