5.0 out of 5 stars Sofra - hidden gem, 5 April 2009
This review is from: Sofra Cookbook: Modern Turkish and Middle-Eastern Cookery (Paperback)
We ate at Sofra on the 16th March and I spent a long time looking for the now out of print book. It is not a disappointment, the only shame is that there are not enough pictures to show you how you should present the dish. Otherwise fabulous.
