5.0 out of 5 stars Sofra - hidden gem 5 April 2009
By Teasers
Format:Paperback
We ate at Sofra on the 16th March and I spent a long time looking for the now out of print book. It is not a disappointment, the only shame is that there are not enough pictures to show you how you should present the dish. Otherwise fabulous.
