Sofra is a hugely successful London Restaurant chain. Huseyin Ozer is the head chef and owner of the 15 cafes, restaurants and bistros. He has a charisma and perfectionism, plus a desire to create Turkish dishes that are authentic. He also runs one of Istanbul’s top restaurants, Sofresi (in the 5 star Swissotel)
