This book is the ultimate companion for AS students it covers all the major themes and gives you sociologists names galore, which lets face it is all you really need to keep in your head prior to the exam! Well I got an A at AS and Used this book none stop, Haralambos is the best and I don't care if that makes me sad!!

I am a social work student and this was one of the books I purchased for my Social Policy module. I found this book informative and fun. I am a mature student but I think this book would be brilliant for old and young students alike. I really enjoyed this book and used references from it for my assignment. I would recommend this book to future students.
