Mary Thomas has been using Social Media since 2008 to promote her own business - Concise Training - while training people in how to use Social Media to market their business. She developed the first accredited Social Media distance learning qualification with City & Guilds in 2011, developed the resources for the Social Media apprenticeship with Digital Youth Academy and has created a series of e-learning courses used by many clients including Pitman Training Group.
